Through the sophistication of our ERP system, we manage our customers' requirements from forecast through delivery, this insures on-time delivery and adequate capacity planning for our customers with long term agreements, and also provides the flexibility to modify deliveries as needed during the short term. The ERP system also helps support our initiative for a lean manufacturing environment to reduce WIP and inventory goods.
